Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days
Express Shipping (Optional, USPS Express): 1–2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
We currently do not ship internationally (U.S. only).
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for certain carriers (check availability at checkout).
Some fragrance products may be restricted by air transport regulations; in these cases, we will ship via ground service.
SmellGreatForLess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
