At SmellGreatForLess, we want you to love your fragrance purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

1. Unopened Items

   • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

   • Must be in original, sealed packaging.

   • Refund issued to original payment method (minus shipping).

2. Opened Items

   • Due to hygiene and authenticity standards, opened items cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

   • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with photos.

   • We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

4. Exchanges

   • One-time exchanges for unopened products are allowed within 14 days (customer covers return + reship shipping).

5. Final Sale Items

   • Sample sizes, discovery sets, and clearance items are non-returnable.
